The La Pedriza Escalada guidebook is the comprehensive guide to the granite rock climbing area of La Pedriza, which is located near the village of Manzanares El Real to the north of Madrid. Here the style is all about delicate slab climbing, with routes up to 200m long. The climbs are spread over many different crags, with 963 individual routes described across a good grade range.
At the start of each main area there is a location map, along with GPS co-ordinates for each sector. All the routes are illustrated on full colour photo-topos along with their grade. All climbs are bolted with French grades used throughout.
